During the ongoing protests against Prime Minister Edi Rama, foreign tourists have expressed their support for the demonstrations, which have now continued for 14 consecutive days, with the 15th protest taking place today.
Sharing their impressions, several visitors said they were surprised by both the scale of the movement and the determination of the protesters to achieve their demands.
They emphasized that it is rare to witness such a large mobilization carried out in such a peaceful and civic-minded manner.
“We have never seen a people this strong. The whole world is watching you,” one foreign tourist said.
The comments have quickly attracted attention online, with many viewing them as a sign that the protests are drawing international interest and attention beyond Albania’s borders.
